Beach Way USA is just a place somewhere in the world. Maybe it's a lot like your world. Maybe it's nothing like it. But, if you look closely you might see someone like you. Someone trying to find their way; someone trying to find their place; someone trying to find their self. Sometimes it’s easy to feel like you’re the only one in the world who's struggling, who’s frustrated, or unsatisfied at barely getting by. But, that feeling is a lie and if you just hold on; just find the courage to face it all for another day, someone or something will find the way and make it all okay. Because we all need a little help sometimes, someone to help us hear the music in the world. To remind us that it won’t always be this way. That someone is out there, and that someone will find you.

Once upon a time blair mcneil lived in a little city called... New York. She was a very fortunate girl, and she seemed to get whatever her little heart desired. For some time she was dating Nate, a long time friend who was always what she needed. But as she grew her needs changed. She began to fall for Nathan's best friend Charles. He was the 'womanizer' of the upper-east-side, but it never really bothered blair. charles began to fall for blair as well, but at soon as they became close blair was sent out of the state to another school. thie crushed blair, and it hurt her more than everything else that was going on. blair didn't want to deal with it. she was transfered from boarding school to boarding school finally ending up at Beachwood. she has dated others, but she's still longing for Charles. Charles hasn't been the same guy since blair left. He's had butterflies in his stomach, and he can't help thinking about blair. So charles decided to surprise blair and move. he found out where she was going to school, and he recently bought a penthouse appartment downtown. he hasn't been able to call blair yet so she doesn't know that he's in town. but he's going to talk to her... he's just waiting for the right time to tell her that he's there. charles WILL call her, and begin to go to beachwood. they will begin to hook up, and maybe even date. but charles will be the first and ONLY person to discover that blair has bulemia.. but that wont happen for a little while. charles is cockey, arrogent, self-centered, wealthy, but he does really like blair.
